Blankets With a Purpose

A warm welcome starts with a single stitch. Join us behind the scenes as Firaxis volunteers assemble 100 "no-sew" blankets for the Ronald McDonald House of Baltimore, sending a message of support and comfort to local children and their families.

On Thursday, September 13, volunteers at Firaxis Games came together to assemble “no-sew” blankets for the Ronald McDonald House. We have the goal of creating and donating 100 blankets, and have already finished 25.

Employees are offering their lunch breaks and personal time to make sure that children arriving at the Ronald McDonald House in Baltimore receive a “warm” welcome when they arrive.

Every child staying at the house while they receive treatment will get a blanket as a welcome gift, and every blanket made at Firaxis Games comes with a note to remind these kids that we are rooting for them!
